SALON POLICIES:
Requirements-
-No known exposure/symptoms of Covid-19 or positive Covid-19 test in the last 7 days.

We ask that new clients call to book their first appointment as opposed to booking online. We prefer to book your first appointment over the phone so we can book you for a complimentary new client consultation to get to know you and your hair needs.

​Tuesday - Friday Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for all rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to a charge of the full appointment cost.

​Saturday Cancellation Policy: We require a 48-hour notice for all rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are subject to a charge of the full appointment cost.

Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments
Is confirmed 3 days before your appointment because we know it is possible to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Our salon reserves the right to require a prepayment. All appointments require a credit card on file.

Late Arrivals: We always do our best to accommodate, but we regret late arrivals cannot always receive an extension of scheduled times because of booking restrictions and will be responsible for full service fees if more than 20 minutes late.

Child & Infant Policy: No additional guests will be permitted at this time. We love our little ones and want to keep them safe! For the safety of our little guests, they are prohibited in the service area unless they are having a service done. Please do not leave children unsupervised at any point in our waiting area during services rendered for yourself.

Refund Policy: If for any reason, a client is dissatisfied with any services please inform your stylist or the front desk before leaving the salon. Wildheart Salon has a no refund policy on all services. We will make every attempt to satisfy our guests and accommodate any adjustments.
